 A small selection of our cakes and chocolate
creations which can be adapted to your individual style,
colour or theme. Why not substitute the dessert for one of our special chocolate
cakes or chocolate designs. Served with a fruit coulis or
summer fruits and cream no guest could refuse this sumptuous
pudding.
Our chocolate cakes are sandwiched together with a rich
chocolate fudge, marzipanned, before the final coating of
chocolate ganache. Vanilla sponge cakes are sandwiched together with a filling
of your choice. All chocolate we use is of the finest quality Belgian chocolate.
