Edible sugar diamonds are the latest in cake couture, transforming a plain iced cake to a twinkling centrepiece. These gems come in 1cm and 1.4cm sizes.

Further, to capture the latest trend, cake decorators are now able to produce their own Jewels. Edible black jewels on a white, or even pink covered cake, gives a stunning effect.

A plain white sugarpaste drape dusted with any of the following colours would give a unique finish to any design.
